1. The price quoted in this price - list are Net, ex-godown, Mumbai. Subject to subsequent market changes, Packing, Forwarding, Postage, Insurance etc. will be charged extra.
2. Payment: Cash by VPP or D.D. Drawn on any Nationalised / Schedule Bank.
3. VAT / Central Sales Tax will be charged extra as applicable.
4. Goods are packed in tamper proof with bottles with utmost care, for minimum breakage. We do not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage in transit. Buyers are cautioned to have their goods insured against all risk.
5. All the offers are subject to the stock on hand availability; however alteration will be referred to our customers for confirmation.
6. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
7. The items which are not included in our Price List will also be supplied at the market rate on request.
8. All the chemicals (Except Pharmaceutical drugs) listed in this Price list are for Laboratory or Industrial Purposes and are Not for Medical use.
9. Special Note: All products are sold for Laboratory use only. We do not accept any responsibility if they are used for Medicinal or Pharmaceuticals purpose. All Chemicals are of Laboratory Reagent grade. Restricted items will not be supplied if it is printed in our Price List.
10. N.B. : Imported Chemicals & NR Chem Chemicals will be supplied till availability of stock.
11. Jurisdiction: All disputes will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
